Yvonne Mitchell

Yvonne Mitchell, 56, of Folkston, GA passed away July 20, 2018 after an extended illness.  She was born November 13, 1961 in Folkston, GA to the late Wilford Mitchell, Sr. and Mary Ann Hannans Mitchell.  She was a member of Mt. New Home Baptist Church.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son:  Portrait Mitchell and a brother:  William Mitchell.

She is lovingly survived by her daughter:  Tameika Mitchell; 3-grandchildren:  Porshay Mitchell, Dayanna Mitchell, and DaMonja Mitchell; 7-brothers:  Vandell (Verdie) Hannans, Willie Fred (Chandra) Mitchell, Darren (Sandra) Mitchell, Wilford Mitchell, Jr, Tyrese Mitchell, Tyrone (Daneshia) Mitchell and Larry (Janie) Moore; 4-sisters:  Beverly (Alan) Wyman, Lashawn (Michael) Gordon, JoAnn Mitchell and Natasha Mitchell and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held July 28, 2018 at Mt. New Home Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Robert Alderman, Sr. presiding.

Memorialization will  be by cremation.
