Wilhemina Hagins

Wilhemina Williams Hagins, 70, of Folkston, GA passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in Brunswick, GA. She was born April 11, 1954 in Sanford, FL to the late Willie Williams and Carrie Mitchell Williams. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Joe Lewis Hagins, Sr.; 2-brothers: Leon Williams and Willie James Williams and a nephew: Joe Lewis Williams.

She is survived by her children: Edmond Jackson and Joe (Andrea) Hagins; 6-grandchildren: Jakia Hagins, Raeonna Hagins, Jorja Hagins, Jaliyah Hagins, Blake Rutherford and Andrew Rutherford; a great grandchild: Kayden Pearson; her siblings: Carrie Lee Duncans, Martha (Willie) Greene, Walter Lee Williams and Shirley Ann (Michael) Brown; her best friend: Wanda Simmons Williams; nieces: Tyesha Williams and Latonya Williams; nephews: Christopher Williams, Malik Brown, Walter Williams, Jr. and Leon Williams; a close friend: Peter Duncan; a cousin: Darren Mitchell and a host of great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 30 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA fro 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
