Venus Ponik

Venus Renee Ponik, 60, of Folkston, GA passed away at her home Saturday, February 22.  She was born in Haynes City, FL to the late William “B.S.” Crumley and Hazel Crumley.  She loved to cook, fish and hunt and just loved being in the outdoors.  She was a Licensed Registered Nurse.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers:  Tyrey and Aunton Crumley.

She is survived by her husband:  John Ponik; a son:  Cecil (Kara) Holder and a grandson:  Damian Holder.

Memorialization will be by cremation.  A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date.
