Timothy Barfield

Timothy Lee Barfield, 60, of Folkston, GA passed away on April 4, 2024 while surrounded by his family. He was born in Cairo, GA on April 24, 1963 to the late Willy Lamon Barfield and Elizabeth Nipper Barfield. Timothy worked for Mizell Development Inc. When not working, he enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, golf cart riding, working on anything with a motor and watching Nascar.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother; Ronnie Barfield, and a sister; Theresa Barfield.

He is survived by his loving wife; Margie “Sue” Barfield, 3-daughters; Clara (Jeremy) Richards, Gladys Wilson and Kristen Parramore, 1-brother; Tracy Barfield, 2-stepdaughters; Tanya (Angelo) Mercado and Kelly (Ken) Moore, 8-grandchildren, 1-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
