Terra Nordquist

Terra L. (Merritt) Nordquist, age 49, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Fl.

She was born March 10, 1972 in Jacksonville, Fl. to Hal and Barbara Merritt.  She was a 1990 graduate of Hilliard Middle/Senior High School. She married Carlos H. Nordquist on November 3, 2001, in Hilliard, Fl.  She was genuine, big hearted, and loved everyone.  She was a loving wife and mother, daughter and sister who truly loved life.  She is survived by both parents; her husband Carlos; daughters Mallorie and Madison; her grandfather:  Wallace Strickland; sisters Ena (Wayne) Kelly, and Amanda (Al) Gordon; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she loved very much.

Visitation will be held at Buford Grove Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, beginning at 10:00 AM.  Funeral services will begin at the church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Curtis Harrington officiating.

Due to Covid-19, the family would like to ask all attendees to please follow the rules of social distancing and face masks are recommended at the service.  Also, anyone that does not feel comfortable with attending the service, the family would like you to know they understand and covet your prayers.
