Shirley O'Quinn

Shirley Paulette O’Quinn, 64, of Folkston, passed away October 21 following an illness. She was born in MacClenny, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father: Johnnie D. Taylor and brother: Johnnie Ray Taylor.
She is survived by her husband: George W. “G.W.” O’Quinn, 4-Children: James D. “Possum” Hutcheson, Jr. (Cindy), Sandra K. Blunt (Thomas), Wesley Dink Hutcheson (Tammy), and James Russell O’Quinn (Robin); her mother: Lillie Pauline Gill Taylor; 3-Sisters: Patricia Godwin (Jacob), Marlaine Dukes (James), and Nadine Godwin; 5-Grandchildren: James D. “Tater” Hutcheson, III, Leslie Renee Brown, Kristi Lynn Crews, Tricia O’Quinn, and Traci O’Quinn; 4-Great Grandchildren: Dennis Wesley “Lil Man” Brown, Madison Nicole Crews, Dixie Renee Brown, and Ryan William Crews; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 24 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 25 at 12:30 PM at the Shepard Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Dowling Cemetery.
