Mr. Samuel Floyd Ferguson, 66, of Jacksonville, passed away Friday May 18 at Appling Health System in Baxley, Georgia. He was born in Greenville, South Carolina. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by 3-Sons: Robert Dale Ferguson, Charles R. Ferguson, and Walter L. Ferguson; 3-Sisters: Sarah Fricks, Joanne Culpper, and Laura Turner; 2-Brothers: Walter J. Ferguson, Jr., Richard Ferguson; Mother-In-Law: Dorothy Poss; 2-Sisters-In-Law: Kay Weathers and Annette Cartee; 2-Brothers-In-Law: Chuck (Angie) Edwards and Mike (Jane) Thrift.
The family will receive friends Tuesday May 22 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 23 at 11:00 AM at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston with Rev. Lawton Carter officiating. Burial will be in Emmaus Cemetery in St. George, GA.
