Ruby Irene Woolard Willingham, 87, of Folkston, GA, passed away at her residence September 1, 2013. She was born April 10, 1926 in Charlton County, Georgia to the late William Leonard Woolard and Laura Mae Byrd Woolard. She was a homemaker and pastor’s wife and later in life worked as a jeweler with the W.C Odom Company. She was a charter member of Trader’s Hill Missionary Baptist Church and a member of Camp Pinckney Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Henry Gaston “Moe” Willingham and a daughter: Delaine Willingham Raulerson and a son-in-law: Alan Wayne Harper.
She is survived by her children: Lorinda Harper, Sandra (Bill) Bryant, Bo Willingham, and Michelle (Carl) Taylor; 13-Grandchildren and 31-Great Grandchildren and 2-Great Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 2 at Camp Pinckney Baptist Church from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 3 at 11:00 AM at Camp Pinckney Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Lemley and Bro. Carl Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Joey Fleming, Shannon Carter, Gaston Bryant, Bobby Allen, Robby Allen, and Matthew Griffin.
