Roy Lee “R.L.” Horne, Sr., 76, of Kingsland passed away June 3 following a lengthy illness. He was born in Kingsland, GA to the late Milton Horne and Ernestine Cottle Horne. He was preceded in death by 3-Brothers: Robert, Lacey and Wilbur Horne.
He is survived by his 2-sons: Roy Horne Jr. and Sam Horne; 2-Brothers: Buddy Horne and Joe Horne; 2- Sisters: Betty (Wesley) Prescott and Sue Ann (David) McCullough; 9-Grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Homeland Cemetery with Rev. Sammy Spradley officiating.
