Rosa Lee Bryant

Mrs. Rosa Lee Harris Bryant, 95 of Folkston passed away June 27, 2024 at The Spires at Berry in Rome, Georgia. She was born in Waycross, Georgia on November 9, 1928, to the late Edward and Annie Bell Harris. She lived in Folkston most of her life before moving to Rome, GA to be near her youngest daughter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Pasco Bryant; sister, Bert Crews, and brothers, Jack and Bo Harris. A member of Folkston Methodist Church, Mrs. Bryant attended Prospect Methodist Church for many years. A graduate of Waresboro High School, she worked for Charlton County Farm Bureau for 25 years. In addition to family and faith, her interests included baking, cooking, arts and crafts, brain game activities, and traditional fashion. She enjoyed vacationing with family at the beach and treasured memories of traveling to England, Ireland, and Scotland. She is survived by her son, Robert Wayne (Sherry) Morgan of Ochlocknee, daughters, Barbara (Marty) Chase of Waycross, Marilyn Johnson of Folkston, Denise (Ken) Warnock of Swainsboro, and Amanda (Brian) Kinder of Rome; sister Dorothy Harris and brothers Billy and Eddie (Michelle) Harris all of Waycross; granddaughters Michelle (T.J.) Worrell of Lakeland, Florida, Terri (David) Smith and Loslyn (Mike) Taylor of St. Simons Island, and Staci (Stacy) Worth of Vidalia, and Christina Kinder of Macon; grandsons Clint (Gina) and Hamp (Gina) Mizell of Folkston, and Cameron (Megan) Warnock of Woodstock; and a host of great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 3-4 PM at Shepherd-Roberson Funeral Home with a service at 4 p.m. Interment will follow at Trader’s Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
