Reginald Franklin Todd, 72, of Folkston, passed away Tuesday November 6 following a lengthy illness. He was born in Manor, GA to the late Frank Todd and Bessie Iva Lee Dyal Todd. He retired from the United Stated Air Force after 20 years of service. He served as the Folkston Chief of Police for a number of years. He also served as the Magistrate Judge for Charlton County for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his son: Chris Todd.
He is survived by his wife: Faye Todd of Folkston, GA; a daughter: Regina (Clint) Mizell of Folkston, GA; and a son: David (Annette) Todd of Nahunta, GA; 5-Grandchildren: Rodney, Anthony and Ciara Todd and Morgan and Layton Mizell; 6-Siblings: James (Macie) Todd of Folkston, Charles Todd of Folkston, Mary Raulerson of Bryceville, FL, Vivian Sanders of Nahunta, GA, Lawrence (Ann) Todd of Folkston, GA and Annette (Michael) Rozier of Blackshear, GA
The family will receive friends Thursday November 8 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Friday November 9 at 11:00 AM at Camp Pinckney Baptist Church with Rev. David Beckham and Donald Renshaw officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Pinckney Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
