R Lloyd

R.B. Lloyd, 85, of Hilliard, FL, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018.  He was born June 18, 1932 in Hilliard, FL to the late Robert Bennie Lloyd and and Fredia Leodia Hicks Lloyd.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife:  Myrtle Irene Knight Lloyd; 3-sons:  Ronnie H. Lloyd, Melton Bryan Lloyd and Roland V. Lloyd; his long time companion:  Betty Beasley; 2-brothers:  Charles Lloyd and Roger C. Lloyd; and a sister:  Louise Leggitt.

He is survived by his daughter:  Judy (Frank) Layden; a sister:  Barbara Johnson; his step-children:  Joe Eddie (Minona) Beasley, Luman (Megan) Beasley, Greg Beasley, Sharon (Kevin) Vanzant, Jimmy (Stephanie) Beasley, John (Donna) Beasley, Rex (Missy) Beasley, and Kim (Jerry) Todd; 8-grandchildren:  Lisa Clark, Brian Lloyd, Desiree Flink, Junior Layden, Tina Layden, Christy Gatlin, Jimmy Lloyd and Jared Lloyd and a number of great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 29 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 Pm.  Graveside services will be held Friday March 30 at 11:00 AM at Pigeon Creek Cemetery in Hilliard, FL. with Rev. James Conner officiating.
