Phyllis Jones

Phyllis Daney Jones, 76, of Folkston, GA passed away Friday, February 14 in St. Marys, GA following a lengthy illness.  She was born November 26, 1943 in Sanford Maine to the late Stanley Daney and Gloria Swinerton Daney.

Along with her parents, she was preceded death by her husband:  David Arthur Jones;a son:  Robert Allain; and a son-in-law:  Rick Handley.

She is survived by her children:  Carmen Handley, April (Robert) Normandeau, Lynn (Phil) Dunham and Roberta (Michael) Doherty; 10-Grandchildren:  Jessica Mitchell, Joshua Goodwin, Nicole Smith, Jacob Normandeau, Gage Dunham, Cassie Dunham, Justin Allain and Jeremy Allain, Megan Doherty and Michael Doherty, Jr.; 19-great grandchildren and 8-siblings.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Memorial services will be held Saturday February 22 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home.
