Philip Kuerzi

Philip Leo Kuerzi, 61, of Folkston, GA passed away June 20, 2019 in Jacksonville, FL.  He was born in Kingsland, GA June 2, 1958 to the late Richard Kuerzi and Viola Comeau Kuerzi.  He proudly served in the US Army and was a member of the Moose Lodge #455 in Jacksonville, FL.  He was employed with GEO in Folkston and was member of Security, Police, Fire Professional of America Local 469.  He loved watching trains and football.

He is survived by his fiancé:  Faye Donovan; his children:  Stephen Kuerzi, Adam (Haley) Price, Dana (Dale) Myers, Carrie (Christopher) Rozier and Debbie Donovan; a brother:  Francis (Kathy) Kuerzi; 11-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 27 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA.  Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery with Military Honors.
