Patricia Dianne Rewis Woolard, 53 of Folkston passed away July 9, 2011 at her residence.
She was born August 21, 1957 in Folkston, Georgia to William B. and Alice Lavonne Knight Rewis. Dianne was a lifelong resident of Charlton County, was of the Baptist Faith and attended Camp Pinckney Baptist Church. Dianne was a Cancer Survivor and will be missed as a loving mother, sister and friend.
She is survived by a daughter: Destiny Woolard, Son Dillon Woolard and Grandson: Brandon Aguilar Woolard, all of Homeland; Sisters: Debbie Rewis of Hilliard; Jean Davis of Homeland; Brother: Bill Rewis of Hilliard; half-sister: Terri Roberson of Homeland; Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers: Brian Nelson, Dwayne Nelson, Curtis Davis, III, Steven Davis, Kevin Davis, Ben Rewis, Curtis Davis, Jr. and Fred Bray.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6 until 8 PM. Funeral services will be in the Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 10:00 Am with Rev. Mike Maddox officiating. Burial will follow in pigeon Creek Cemetery.
