Nickey Dewayne Clark, 56, passed away peacefully on June 23rd, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was a beloved father, husband, Poppy, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Nick was born on January 23rd, 1968, to Mickey Clark and the late Judy Johnson (Gauze). He proudly served his country for 23 years in the United States Navy, earning the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others. To know Nick was to love him. You would always know when he entered the room by his gracious smile and personality. He always made sure to acknowledge everyone whether it was a handshake or one of those good ole slaps on the back that about knocked you out of your shoes.

In his free time, Nick enjoyed spending countless hours at the ball field, golfing, and watching any and every sport that was on TV. He was a diehard Arkansas Razorback fan. His family will greatly miss hearing “Sou Pigs” on football Saturdays. He was an active member of his community, volunteering for various causes and organizations. More than anything, Nick was a devoted husband, father, and Poppy. He loved spending time with his family and playing with the grandkids. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his son: Christopher Harris Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife: Renee Clark; his children: Brian (Ashtyn)Clark, Christie (Bobby) Newman, Jessica (Colton)Weinberg, Brittany (Cody)Weinberg, Robert (Savannah)Weinberg, and Christian Clark; his father: Mickey (Jackie)Clark; his step-father: Steve Johnson; his grandchildren: Tyler, Mason, Chris, Jacob, Zoey, Lane, Aubree, Emma, Henley, Bentlee, Hagen, Jade, Stanton, Brody, Brynson, Hudson, Emmie; and his 2 brothers: Craig (Susan)Clark and Steven (Mel)Johnson.
