Michael Hoerntlein

Michael Joseph Heorntlein passed away on April 13 in Jacksonville, FL after battling a long illness. He spent 30 years of his life serving our country in the United States Navy and retired CWO4. He is survived by his wife of 25 years: Deborah Hoerntlein; Daughters: Kayla Hoerntlein, Paige Hoerntlein, Judy Jacobs, Holly Warren and her husband Shane; Sister: Nancy Savusa; Uncle: Eddie Hoerntlein and his loving Grandchildren: Riley, Parker, and Reese Warren. A memorial service will be held at Crossroads United Methodist Church on Thursday, April 17 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, our family would like for donations to be made to Community Hospice Foundation, 4114 Sunbeam Road, Suite 101, Jacksonville, FL 32257, for their loving support and care. Our “Grumpy” will be greatly missed until we see him again one day.
