Melba “Polly” Dell Mann, 78, passed away Tuesday August 28 at Folkston Park Care and Rehab Center. She was born January 25, 1934 in Alexander City, Alabama to the late Rossey Hubert Collins and Kitty Gertrude Stewart Collins. She was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her 3-children: Charleen Alphonso, Kitty (John) Mason, and Walter C. (Mashell) Mann, Jr.; 2-Sisters: Mary Burgess and Gale Spirakis; 3-Brothers: Larkin Collins, Claude Collins and Owen Collins; 6-Grandchildren and 12- Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 5-Brothers and 5-Sisters.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, August 31 at 2:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida with Rev. Mike Maddox officiating.
Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest registry at www.shepardfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston, Georgia.
