Melanie Hodges

Melanie Eugenia Hodges, 51, of Waycross, GA passed away February 1 at her residence.  She was born in Valdosta, GA to the late Lester Lamar Bloodworth and Betty Jean Parton.
She is survived by her husband:  David M. Hodges; 2-Children:  Jennifer Shaw and April Cottle; 3-Sisters:  Christy Parton, Felicia Parton, Faith Morell; 3-Brothers:  Kevin Parton, Rusty Parton and Royce Bloodworth; 4-Grandchilren.  She was preceded in death by 3-Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 5 at Shepard Funeral Home from 5-8 PM.  Funeral services will be Friday, February 6 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Shepard Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Vickers officiating.  Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery.
