Matthew Jerry Crews, four week old infant of Nichol and Matthew Crews passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 at his residence in Folkston, Georgia.
He is survived by his parents: Matthew and Nichol Crews; Paternal Grandparents: Joe and Ethel Crews of Folkston; Maternal Grandparents: James Adkins of West Virginia and Sandra Howell of Folkston; Maternal Great-grandparents: Barbara and Jerry Rhodes of Folkston and Linda and Everette Adkins; Paternal Great grandmothers: Mary Huling and Margie Crews, both of Folkston; Uncles: James Adkins, Jr.; Michael Crews(Hannah); Darren Crews,Aunts: Betty Jean(Steve) Dorman and Gail Crews; Several Great Aunts, Uncles and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 6 until 8 PM at Shepard Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Victory Baptist Church at 10:00 AM with Rev. Tim King and Rev. E.C. Crews officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Michael Crews, James Adkins, Eric Tippins and Gary Tippins. Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest register at www.shepardfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shepard Funeral Home, Folkston, Georgia.
