Mary Ann Wilson Summers

Mary Ann Wilson Summers, 61, of Folkston, GA passed away August 30, 2024. She was born March 4, 1963 in Brunswick, GA to the late Harry Lemual Wilson and Joyce Mildred Wells Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Warren Island Hunting Club and the Charlton County Bass Club. 

She is survived by her husband of 37 years: Kenneth W. Summers, Sr.; 7-children: Travis (Melissa) Todd, Kylie (Matthew) Allen, Leighton (Brooke) Ammons, Lacey (Brian) Wooten, Kandace Summers, Kenneth W. (Jamie) Summers, Jr., and Don’tae Summers; 2-sisters: Marie (Steve) King and Wilma Wilson; a brother: Henry “Bubba” Wilson; 18-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and all her neighborhood babies and extended family.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 5 at 11:00 AM at the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Trent Long and Pastor Lisa King officiating. Pallbearers will be Don'tae Summers, Gregory Cowart, Derek Carter, Ray McGuire, Eli Hobbs, and Corey Graham.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Cory Graham, Jr. and Greyson Graham.  Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
