Mary Wyl Donaldson Redmon

Mary Wyl Donaldson Redmon, 87, of Yulee, FL passed away at her residence following a lengthy illness.  She was born in Blenheim, SC to the late John Robinson Donaldson and Willie Griffin Edmondson Snyder Donaldson.  She was a graduate of the University of Georgia. She retired from Coca-Cola. She was an avid Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldog fan.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years; LeRoy Donald Redmon, a sister; Betty Anne Donaldson Walker, 2-brothers; Samuel Eugene Snyder and John Donaldson, a nephew; John Kelly Walker.

Although Mrs. Redmon had no children of her own, she is survived by family members who were close to her throughout her life and during her time of need.

She is survived by her nephews: Kenneth Wendell (Mary) Walker, Charles Elliot (Jane) Walker, Donald Edward (Jenna) Walker; niece: Sheila Walker, close friends:  Deby (Hank) DeCramer and Carrie Waston; great nieces and nephews:  Doug (Andrea) Walker, Casey Walker, Kate Walker, John Kelly (Jessica) Walker, Jr., Floyd Wendell Walker, Leah Anne Walker (J.D.) Goryl, Charles Joseph Walker, and Erin Cheyenne Walker.

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 28 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  Graveside Funeral services will be held Friday, September 29 at 1:00 PM in Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Merrietta Blvd, N.W., Atlanta, GA 30318.
