Mary Katherine Kelleher, 82, of Hilliard, FL died peacefully in her sleep at Life Care Center of Hilliard on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. She was born in St. Louis, MO on January 23, 1941 to the late Ferdinand Augustine Aloysius VerPlanke and Katherine Elizabeth Stubblefield VerPlanke. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Temple in Macclenny, FL.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband; William J. Kelleher, and daughter; Billye Jo McDermitt.
She is survived by her daughter; Jessica (Freddie) Harvey of St. George, GA, 8-grandchildren; Amanda (Ethan) Powell of Folkston, GA, Tommy (Randi-Kay) Harvey of Hilliard, FL, Skylar (Kimberly) Harvey of St. George, GA, Sarah (Dylan) Thompson of St. George, GA, Mikey (Brittney) Privett of Jacksonville, FL, Kayti (Chris) Randlle of Jacksonville, FL, Jamie Heimbach of St. George, GA, and Logan McDermitt of Jacksonville, FL, and blessed with 22-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at St. George Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Finley officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
