Martha Buchanan

Martha Lillian Walker Buchanan, 90, of Hilliard, FL, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 12, 2017.  She was born September 5, 1927 in Hilliard, FL to the late Cris J. Walker and Sarah Combs Walker.  She was a homemaker and at the time of her death, the oldest member of First Baptist Church of Hilliard.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David H. (Buck) Buchanan, Jr.; a great grandson:  Trenton Bryant; a sister:  Iris McConnell and a son-in-law:  Reggie Page
She is survived by her children:  David (Ann) Buchanan, Melanie (Leo) Hoover, Gary (Ginger) Buchanan, and Sara (Don) Michaels; 9-Grandchildren; 18-Great Grandchildren and 1-Great Great Grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 16 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Hilliard.  Rev. Richie Allen and Rev. Josh Tillman will officiate.  The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM at the church.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
