Lucille Bennett

Lucille Horne Bennett, 67 passed away December 12, 2014 at Mayo Clinic
in Waycross, Georgia. She was born August 27, 1947 in Browntown, Georgia to Randolph
and Beaulah Groover Horne. She managed Steffen’s restaurant for almost 30 years and Lucy worked for Camden Fire and Rescue in the early 80’s. She loved Motorcycles and loved riding her Harley and loved reading. She was the last living member of Temple Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter: Lisa (James) Drury of Folkston; three Granddaughters: Tabatha(Brandon) Crawford of Waycross; Jessica (David) Ceran of Kingsland; Patience (Gage) Crews of Folkston; Five Great-grandchildren: Amberly Flake, Koda Still, Holli and Lilli Ceran and Dorothy Setzer; one sister: Willa Mae (Darrell) Dyal of Kingsland; Several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Temple Creek Cemetery with Rev. Seymour Groover officiating.
