Logan R. Smith, Jr, 47, of Homeland, GA, passed away Friday October 11 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas September 15 , 1966 to Logan R. Smith, Sr. and Julie Smith. He was employed with the Health Care Services Group at Folkston Park. He is survived by his mother: Julie Smith and sister: Andrea Smith. He was preceded in death by his father: Logan R.
