LINDA LEWIS

Linda Gail Nettles Lewis Cooler, 64 of Woodbine, Georgia passed away September 30, 2012 in South East Georgia Health System, Camden Campus. She was born may 26, 1948 in Folkston, Georgia to John Carlo and Rachel Inez Hickox Nettles, one of fourteen children. She was employed at the Folkston Huddle House for a number of years.
Linda is survived by Three Daughters: Brenda Newman (Tony) of Woodbine; Catherine Holton (Everett Carter) of Woodbine; Donna Sanchez (Manolito) of New Mexico; One son: Clayton ”Buddy” Cooler(Stacy) of Cody Wyoming; Eight Grandchildren: Six Great-grandchildren; One sister: Wanda Jean Fife; Three brothers: Roy Nettles(Barbara Dell); Earl Nettles(Betty); and Cleveland Nettles (JoAnn); Several Nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents: John Carlo Nettles and Rachel Inez Hickox Nettles; Three sisters: Hazel Capps, Doris Vanacor and Janice Harris; Six Brothers: L.C. Nettles, Jimmy Nettles, Walter Nettles, Curtis Nettles, William Nettles and Bo Nettles; One Granddaughter: Toni Marie Newman.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 3, 2012, from 6 until 8 PM at Shepard Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Woodbine Church of God with Rev. Chris Ogden officiating. Burial will follow in Colesburg Cemetery, Woodbine, Georgia.
