He was a native of Winchester, Virginia. Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Russell and father, Ugene Russell.Others include, LaVerne Goodman, Randy Goodman and Family, Sandra Goodman DeLa Cruz and Family, Patrice Thompson, Nancy and Andrea McMahel, Lisa and David Padgett and Family.
Graveside services will be held Monday, June 20 at St. George Cemetery with Rev Grady Albtitton officiating. Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest registry at www.shepardfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston, GA.
