Kee Laurendine, Sr.

Kee Wayne Laurendine, Sr., 67, of Hilliard, FL went to fish in heaven March 1, 2018 in Jacksonville, FL following a short illness.  He was born November 26, 1950 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Napolean Prentiss Laurendine and Estelle Mossell Paullett Laurendine.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son:  Kee Laurendine, II; a daughter:  Sebrina Grogan; and 2-Brothers:  Bobby Laurendine and Donald Laurendine.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years:  Benita Lynn Laurendine; 3-Children:  Justin (Lizzie Crews) Laurendine, Connie (Jerry) Carman and Meria Miller; 3-Sisters:  Sarah (Raymond) Deas, Hilda (Tommy) Williams and Joyce Lee; a Brother:  Grady (Rachel) Laurendine; 11-Grandchildren; 1-Great Grandchild and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 6 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 7 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Wollitz officiating.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hilliard, FL with military honors.
