Kathryn Watts

Kathryn Raynor Jones Watts, 86, of Folkston, passed away Sunday October 14 at the Acosta-Rua Center for Caring in Jacksonville following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late Oscar and Nellie Bell Raynor. She was a school teacher in the Charlton County School System for 40 years. She was a life long member of the Folkston United Methodist Church.

She is survived by 2-Sons: Kirby Robert (Barbara) Jones of Folkston, GA, and Freddy (Kellie) Jones of Athens, GA; a special step-daughter: Marcia Reed of Amarillo, TX; 2-granddaughters: Sarah (Justin) Chester of Statesboro, GA, and Tracy Jones of St. Petersburg, FL; 2-grandsons: Jake Jones of Athens, GA, and Brad Jones of Starkville, MS

The family will receive friends Monday October 15 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 16 at 11:00 AM at the Folkston United Methodist Church with Rev. David Unkles officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery in Folkston.
