June Decker Davis, 65, of Hilliard, passed away at Baptist Medical Center-Nassau following a brief illness. She was born in Chatham, New York to the late Elwood Gavitt Decker and Ruth Thelma Decker. She was in the optical field for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband: Oris Wayne Davis and 2-Brothers: Jay Decker and David Decker.
She is survived by her daughter: Lisa (Clark) Purvis; 2-Granddaughters: Ali Purvis and Alax Purvis; 2-Brothers: Larry (Irene) Decker, and Bobby (Rachel) Decker; a Sister-In-Law: Sandy Decker; and Many Nieces and Nephews whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 29 at Shepard Funeral Home from 5-7 PM. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM.
