Joye Geiger Fowler, 72 of St. Marys passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at her residence, after an extended illness.Born to Bort and Deane Campbell Geiger in Hilliard, Florida on February16, 1936, she had been a life long resident of St. Marys, Georgia. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Joye is survived by her husband: Earl Fowler; 1 Son: Wayne Fowler, both of St. Marys.
6 Sisters: Christine Crews of Hilliard, Fl; Dorothy Stokes of Jacksonville, Fl.; Geraldine Robinson of Orange Park, Fl.; Grace Wade of Hilliard, Fl.; Faye Spikes of St. Marys, Ga.; and Ann O'Berry of Kingsland, Ga.; Several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Shepard Funeral Home with Rev. Alton Crews and Rev. Steve Crews officiating. Burial will follow in Brickyard Cemetery.
