John Popwell, Sr

John Wayne Popwell, Sr., 66, of Yulee, FL, passed away March 31, 2011 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Folkston, GA to the late John Elmer Popwell and Myrtle Davis Popwell. He was preceded in death by his wife Glenda Kay Padgett Popwell and a brother: Steven Gray Popwell, Sr.
He is survived by his son: John W. Popwell, Jr.; 2-Sisters: Debbie Reed and Sandy McCullough; and a Brother: Robert Daniel Popwell; and a number of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 3 At Pineview Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
