John “Johnny” Marvin Johns, 76, of Hilliard, FL, passed away at his residence Wednesday, January 10, 2024. He was born October 18, 1947 in Folkston, GA to the late Aaron Marvin Johns and Leila Raulerson Johns. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Dwight Johns and a sister: Elaine Johnson.
He is survived by a sister: Susan Hallman; a sister-in-law: Darlene Johns; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, January 13 in Boones Creek Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Elder Jimmy Thornton and Elder Ralph Cobb officiating. Pallbearers will be his nephews: Mike Brannen, Mike Matthews, Michael Hallman, Adrian Newcomb, Mike Spurlock and Lee Johns.
