Jessie White

Jessie Darwin White, 78, of Hilliard , FL passed away Friday, June 4, 2021.  He was born on December 26, 1942 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Paul and Nellie Bias.  He was a volunteer fire fighter for Hilliard Fire Department and was in the Nassau County Sheriff posse.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Diana Jane White.

He is survived by his children:  Lee (Denise) Pickett, Jr., Lisa (Howard) Cushman, and Billy (Glenda) White; his grandchildren: Robert Pickett, Lee Pickett III, Cody (Jonni) Pickett, Nick McFarlane, Matt (Olivia) McFarlane, Randi Pierce, Tiffany (Levi) Holton, Tabbatha (Devin) Dowling, Ashley (Ryan) White, Abbi (Steven) White, Billy White, Jr., Alyssa White, and Brianna Nelson; great grandchildren: Lane Pickett, Kailey Pickett, Bentley Pickett, Josiah Peel, Gunner Holton, and Willow Holton; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Shepard Roberson Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 7 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God in Hilliard, FL with Rev. Arlie Johns officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
