Jerry Crews

Jerry A. Crews, 59, of Sebastian Florida passed away March 3, 2015 in Sebastian Florida.  He was born in Folkston, Georgia to the late Alvin Crews and Annie Lois Wilson Crews.  He graduated from West Nassau High School.  He retired from the Florida Department of Agriculture after 25 years.  He worked as a beekeeper before and after his career with the Department of Ag.  He was a member of the Hilliard Masonic Lodge F&AM # 208.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 3-Brothers:  Mike Crews, Ricky Crews, and Aubrey Crews; and a sister:  Patsy Crews.
He is survived by his wife of almost 38 years:  Cindy Crews; 2-Children:  Sheri Crews and Jeremy Crews; 2-Grandchildren:  Nelson Escobar and Keyaira Cruz; 3-Sisters:  Jackie Mathews, Judy Jordan, Lisa Best; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 7 at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston, GA from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Shepard Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Dunaway officiating.  Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery.
