JANET PASANEN

Janet Leigh Moore Pasanen, 60 of Hilliard, Florida passed away January 24, , 2014 at Northeast Florida Community Hospice Acosta Rua for Caring, Jacksonville, Florida.  She was born may 5, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia to Roy Lee and Judy Harpe  Moore, Sr. She graduated from West Nassau High School and attended FCCJ Nursing program. She was a very loving, caring Meme to her grandchildren and to other children she came in contact with.  She loved watching her son and her grandchildren playing sports, loved butterflies and the beach. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include : one daughter: Jackie Wooten( Brett) of Yulee, Florida; a son: Marcus Mullis of Hilliard, Florida; Grandchildren: Austin Turner, Alexis Wooten, and Brett Wooten, Jr. “BJ”; Three Brothers: Garry Moore (Barbara) of Jacksonville, Florida; Kevin Moore(Gerry) of Mildenhall, United Kingdom; and Lee Moore of Hilliard, Florida; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.  She was preceded in death by a son: Jeffrey Aaron Turner; a sister: Karen Annette Mullis and her parents.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 27, 2014 from 6 until 8 PM at Shepard Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Tim Hall officiating.
