Jacob Roy Crews, 36, of Folkston, GA passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. He was born in Jacksonville, FL on February 24, 1986 to William Lee Crews and Lency Michelle Wiggins Crews.

He is preceded in death by his father; William Lee Crews.

He is survived by his 2 children; Angela Leann Crews and Tristan Eli Isaiah Crews, his mother; Lency Michelle Wiggins Crews, his girlfriend of 5 years; Amanda Reynolds, their children; Kyndall Reynolds, Jorja Crews and Liam Crews, 3 sisters; Rachel Marie Crews, Sarah Lency Crews and Tonya Renee Crews, and 2 brothers; Michael William Crews and David Lee Crews.

A service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
