Ivy Touchton Townsend, 52, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on October 30, 1970 to Ivylyn Tarrance Townsend and John Benjamin Townsend, Jr.
He is preceded in death by his father; John Townsend, Jr.
He is survived by his mother; Ivylyn Townsend of Jacksonville, Florida, his sister; Rhonda Townsend Alvarez of Jacksonville, Florida, his son; Nicholas Keston Townsend of Washington State, nephew; Curtis Ray (Scooter) Robinson, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, and 2-great-nieces; Crystal Sophia Robinson and Mackenzie Robinson both of Jacksonville, Florida.
A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, Georgia. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery in Folkston, Georgia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
