Helen Ricketson

Helen Estelle Ricketson, 76, of Hilliard, passed away September 26 at the Life Care Center of Hilliard following a lengthy illness. She was born in Charlton County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late F.M. and Fannie Ola Dedge Sikes. Mrs. Ricketson was a member of the Hilliard Church of God.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years: Harvey Ricketson; 4-Daughters: Karen (Joe) Lee, Teresa (Roger) Johnson, Paula (Lynn) Nettles, and Sharon Ricketson; and a Brother: Sam Sikes; 14-Grandchildren; 10-Great Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 28 at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 29 at the Hilliard Church of God at 11:00 AM with Rev. Larry Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery.
