Gloria Chesser

Gloria Janet Rhoden Chesser, 65, of Homeland, GA passed away Wednesday, September 8 in Brunswick, Georgia.  She was born April 20, 1956 in Macclenny, FL to the late Henry Seaf Rhoden and Mary Opal Williams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother:  Dave Rhoden.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law:  Anthony and Angie Chesser; her boyfriend:  Duane Harlow; her grandchildren:  Sunni Chesser and Sarah Black; brothers:  Tom Rhoden, Joe Rhoden and Rowe Rhoden; 2-special nieces:  Faye Crawford and Wanda Gail Taylor and a number of other nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Moniac Baptist Church  with Rev. Matt Rouse officiating.  Burial will follow at Canaday Cemetery.

Due to Covid-19, the family would like to ask all attendees to please follow the rules of social distancing and face masks are recommended at the service.  Also, anyone that does not feel comfortable with attending the service, the family would like you to know they understand and covet your prayers.
