Glendora Powell

Glendora Lee Powell, 59, of St. George, GA passed away at her residence Saturday, March 26, 2016 after a long battle of cancer. She was born in Miami, FL to Virgil Knouse and the late Alice Crawford Knouse. She was a member of St. George Church of God. Her hobby was loving on her grand babies and spoiling them.
She is preceeded in death by her mother Alice Crawford Knouse and her grandson Stetson Lee Powell.
She is survived by her Children: Jason (Christina) Powell, Aliceson (James) Sikes, Caleb (Stacey) Powell, Aubrey (Christopher) Cook, Ethan (Amanda) Powell, Emitt ( Joanna) Powell; 2 Brothers: Emitt (Patricia) Malone, Edwin (Debbie) Knouse and several step sibling; along with 9 grandsons and 5 granddaughters.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 29, at the St, George Church of God at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Grady Allbritton officiating. The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 – 11:00. Burial will follow in Emmas Cemetery.
