Gary Crews

Gary Crews, 60 of Racepond, Georgia passed away May 19, 2013 at his residence.  He was born October 31, 1952 to James Lewis and Elvira Crews Crews, Sr. in Racepond, Georgia.  He worked as a Tire Salesman all of his life. Gary was a member of Racepond church of God.

Survivors include one sister: Barbara Ann Todd of Folkston, Georgia; two brothers: James Lewis Crews, Jr. and David Kenny Crews, both of Folkston; Son: Scott Crews of Florida; one nephew: Franklin Lewis Todd of Folkston; one Great –nephew: Robert Nelson of Ray City, Georgia; and One Great-niece of Ray City, Georgia.

Pallbearers: John Hamilton, Chandler Crumbley, Jackie Carter, Earl Johnson, Revis Drury and Anthony Carter.

Honorary Pallbearers: Billy Carter; Eugene Dyal and Jr. Dyal.

The family will receive friends, Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6 until 8 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Race Pond Church of God at 3:00 PM with Rev. Lyn Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Race Pond Cemetery.
