Frances Hall

Frances Duncan Hall, 76 of Hilliard, passed away March 4, 2010. She was born September 4, 1933 to Louise Virginia Bozeman and Perdie Kelly Duncan, Sr. in Jacksonville, FL. Frances worked for Nassau Sheriff's Department for over ten years, she was a resident of Charlton County for 20 years. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Sister in Law.
She is survived by her Children: George Washington Mullis Jr. (Dub) of Fernandina Beach, FL; Michael Kelly Mullis (Elaine) of Winokur, GA; Terry Allen Mullis (Kim) of Ocala, FL; Susan Mullis Marshall (Don) of Jacksonville, FL; Judith White of Raiford, FL; and Shallynn Diane (John) Brown of Hilliard, FL; two Brothers: William Samuel Bozeman II of Winokur, GA; and Perdie Kelly Duncan Jr. of St. George, GA; 15 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her Husband: Hilton Hall Jr.
The family will receive friends Monday March 7, 2010 from 6-8 PM at Shepard Funeral Home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast FL, 4266 Sunbeam Road Jacksonville, Florida 32257. Funeral Services will be Tuesday March 8, 2010 at 1 PM in the chapel of Shepard Funeral Home with Dr. Reggie Herrin officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
