Eunice Moody

Eunice “Granny B” Jackson Moody, 91, of Folkston passed away April 9, 2010. She was born in Charlton County Georgia to the late Louis B. Jackson and Clara Neely. Eunice was a member of St. Matthews Baptist Church and sang in the choir. She loved raising children and sitting with the elderly. Granny B was very kind and sweet to everyone and will be missed by loved ones and beloved friends.
She is survived by her Step Mother: Cora Jackson of Folkston, GA; One Son: Willie Lee (Pinky) Dasher (Erma) of Delaware; One Step Son: C.I. Moody Jr. (Lorys) of Folkston, GA; One Step Daughter: Mary Lou Payne of Folkston; many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her Step Daughter: Charlie May Simmons.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 16, 2010 from 6-8PM at Shepard Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Matthews Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Pollock officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
