Eugenia Ponsell

Eugenia Ponsell, 87, passed away December 23 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center following a lengthy illness.  She was born in Nahunta, GA to the late Eugene C. Aldridge and Leila Mizell Aldridge.  She was of the Pentecostal Faith.
She is survived by her children:  Lynette Pierce, Deborah Loveday, Paul Mills, & Matt Ponsell; Grandchildren:  Renee Moody, Misty Maples, Taylor Ponsell, Travis Ponsell and Zeb Ponsell; Great Grandchildren:  Cody Loveday, Noah Gildersleeve, Mason Maples, Mabree Crews & Mallory Moody; Great Great Grandchildren:  Corren Loveday & Camden Loveday.
She was preceded in death by her husband:  Raymond E. Ponsell and her sisters:  Juanita Tomlinson, Jackie Proctor & Rita Murphy.
Funeral services will be held Saturday December 27 at 11:00 AM in the Shepard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A.L. Sweat officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery.
