Eneyda Vasquez

Eneyda Vasquez, 80, of Hilliard, FL passed away Monday, August 28 in Fernandina Beach, FL.  She was born March 18, 1943 in Bogota, Colombia to the late Benjamin and Carmen Valeria Gonzalez Otalora.  She lived in Hilliard, FL for a number of years before moving to Fort Lauderdale, FL and later moved back to Hilliard to be near her daughter. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son:  Raul Vasquez, Jr.; a sister:  Dora Quintela and 2-brothers:  Fernando Otalora and Gustavo Otalora.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Adriana Vasquez-Bieker and John Bieker; 5-grandchildren:  Danella Vasquez, Amanda Vasquez, Vanessa Vasquez, Nicolas Bieker and Colton Bieker; 3-brothers:  Edgar Otalora, Benjamin Otalora and Orlando Otalora; 3-sisters:  Clara Diaz, Valeria Patti and Carolina Hernandez and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 4 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, September 5 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
