Edna Pearl Woodward, 54, of St. George, passed away October 11 at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Gauley Bridge, WV. She retired from Union Camp. She was preceded in death by her husband: Matthew Frankie Woodward and her father: Edgar Henderson.
She is survived by 4-Children: Edgar James Sweatt of St. George, GA, Maxine Herrin of Nahunta, GA, Theresa Howard of St. George, GA, and Wayne Howard of St. George, GA; her Mother: Mary Henderson of St. George, GA; and 10-Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday October 15 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 16 at 3:00 PM at the Shepard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Kirkland officiating. Burial will be in St. George Cemetery.
