Earline Thomas

Earline Thomas, “Big Mama”, 86, of Folkston, passed away Monday October 8 at Satilla Regional Medical Center in Waycross following an illness. She was born in Cobbtown, Georgia to Andrew and Mary Tom Rewis Sikes. She was preceded in death by 2-husbands: Rufus Spence and Hardy Thomas and a daughter: Ruby Santrock

She is survived by 5-Daughters: Edna Dinkins, Joan (John) Dixon, Willene (Roland) Johnson, Linda (Nal) Creel, Elaine (Freddie) Watson, and Barbara Meadows; 21-Grandchildren and Many Great Grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday October 9 at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston Beginning at 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 10 at 11:00 AM at Shepard Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Carter officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery.
