Douglas Stanley Wellner, Jr., 58, of St. George, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at his residence. He served his country in the United States Navy and had been employed, as a welder, at Pratt and Whitney Airless in West Hartford, CN and the Henry Hickory House in Jacksonville, Fl. He was a member of the Hilliard Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He is survived by his wife: Guaria Wellner of St. George, Ga.; Three sons: Douglas S. Wellner III (Ashley) of St. George; William S. Wellner and Matthew W. Wellner of St. George, Georgia; one daughter: Adriana M. Cantillo of Jacksonville, Florida; One grandson: Wyatt W. Wellner of St. George; his mother: Wilma J. Wellner of St. George; two sisters: Tina M. Wellner of Jacksonville, Ga.; Debbie A. Cantillo(Ringo) of Jacksonville, Fl.; niece/great nephew: Jennifer Rivera/Jules Rivera of Jacksonville, Fl.; Nephew: Chris Cantillo of Jacksonville, Fl.; Special Aunt: Marie Tingos of Keystone Heights, Fl.; Cousin: Kosta Tingos of Keystone Heights, Fl.; Special Aunt/Uncle: Susie and Don Krafftt Jane Lew, West Virginia; Two Special family friends: Vivek Kumar of Jacksonville, Fl.; and Margaret Hanans of Folkston, Georgia; 5 Aunts: Peggy, Monnie, Virginia, Audrey, Ellen and a hosts of cousins.
A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be Friday, March 09, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Hilliard Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Rodney Lewis officiating. Memoralization by Cremation.
